This course will run through the basic functions of Box Office ticketing. We will begin with looking at the customer database, and looking at the various ways in which customers can be found, and then move on to selling and refunding tickets. We will then move on to the ways in which common customer queries can be resolved. Finally we will look at the user draw report.

This course is designed for users with limited or no experience of using ProVenueMax.

Learn to sell and refund G/A and seated performances; 
Find short cut keys for additional customer/performance information;

Learn how to run the user draw report.

This course will run through all the functions that are required to be performed by the Ticket Office Manager. We will start by looking at setting up users, groups, events and facilities. We will then move on to look at system configuration, advanced box office functions, tips and tricks, audits, standard Box Office reports and system housekeeping. 

Who is it for?

This course is designed for Ticket Office Managers and supervisors. It is suitable for new and existing Ticket Office Managers, but you will need a basic understanding of ticketing in ProVenueMax prior to attending the course.
