Summer 2008
Dont forget
that Monday August 25th is an English Bank holiday. Therefore Support will be
providing assistance for Ticketing Emergencies only on this
day.
Thank you to
everyone who contributed to our Customer satisfaction survey. The results of the
main questions are posted below and show our performance over the last few years
in these areas with a comparison to previous years questionnaire results. We
appear to have been fairly consistent in most areas. We would also like to
congratulate the winner of the prize draw for completed surveys. The winner of a
free on-site training day was Chequermead Arts Centre.
Many of you may know that the Tickets.com Support department is accredited with the Help Desk Institute. This body sets down standards of excellence for the IT Support industry. The accreditation process audits our performance against these standards to ensure that we continue to try to maintain and improve our Support service. We currently have a 3 star accreditation with a score of 3.62 out of 4, this is scored annually following a 4 day audit. This covers areas such as Leadership, People, Partnerships and Resources, Process, Customer Results and Performance Results.
The Help
Desk Institute has recently renamed itself to the Service Desk Institute in
order to keep up with changes in the industry and the term Service desk now
being preferred among professionals.
Tickets.com has drawn up a new Service Level Agreement which has been sent out to all customers. We hope that this will clear up some confusion over which support services are offered when, and also standardise our service across the different products that we support. We have tried to provide the services which we believe our customers require at the times they require them. Please sign and return your agreement as soon as possible. If you have any queries about it then please speak to a member of our Sales department.
