ProVenueDatabox Updates

From a recent audit of customer Databox versions it is clear that there are a large number of customers still on old versions of the software. Customers on really old versions of Databox will find that we can offer them limited Support. We would like to encourage all these customers to upgrade to the latest version of ProVenueDatabox. This is currently version 1.5 but we will in the next couple of weeks be releasing version 1.6. This version is completely PCI compatible with all credit card numbers being encrypted in the database. This update will be available to download from our customer website at www.provenue.net. The only exceptions who cannot currently upgrade are those customers using the Databox Comms XL interface. If you are using this then you will need to speak to our Sales team to discuss the Chip and Pin credit card options which you will need to implement when you upgrade.

ProVenueMax Upgrades

We are progressing well with our plan to upgrade all PVM customers to the latest 6.3.1 version. We would encourage any customers who have yet to upgrade to contact a member of the Support team to schedule a date for this.
