What We Do

Tickets.com is a full service provider of integrated ticketing solutions designed to enable arts, entertainment, visitor attraction and sports organisations to sell tickets to consumers under the clients’ own brand. These integrated solutions include the Internet and kiosks.

We enable our clients to capture, access and manage consumer data through ticket sales, providing them with a 360° view of the buying habits and preferences of their fans and patrons to enhance their marketing efforts.

We understand the need for fast, robust and feature-rich ticketing in the back office and online and have helped our venues sell over $1 Billion of tickets in the past year over the internet alone!

Our Approach

Tickets.com are committed to the timely delivery of quality and innovative solutions and our corporate culture is entirely geared to this goal. Timing is of critical importance in any major event on-sale and we have proved ourselves more than capable in numerous projects of having all relevant systems in place, fully functioning and backed by in house and externally trained personnel to enable the smooth transition from initial marketing to the opening of sales.

Our precise project management methodology will differ from client to client but will always be initiated with a full needs assessment and consultancy period to define with the highest possible degree of accuracy the aspirations of the client and the realistically achievable goals for the project.

Implementation will be managed throughout by a dedicated project team who will coordinate all development, test installations, load testing, disaster recovery plans through to training and the development of a mutually agreed acceptance phase leading to a final go-live date.

Above all it is the flexible approach, which we can bring to each new ticketing project and a unique combination of software, services, integration and distribution, which ensures the success of the projects with which we are involved.

Our Products

Our core solutions have been designed to drive our partner’s success, recently enabling Chelsea Football Club to reach their target of 95% of sales over the internet and drastically improving their staff and fan’s experience. Our proven internet ticketing success stories also include The Chicago Cubs who recently sold 536,000 tickets in 24 hours, of which 419,000 were sold online, peaking at 500 per minute.

In addition to our core ticketing solutions we offer a comprehensive set of products to automate your ticket sales and help you get the most from your ticketing solution.
